David Rogers highly commended at London Heritage Volunteer Awards Trustee Awards

We are delighted to announce that our Trustee, David Rogers, has been highly commended at the London Heritage Volunteer Awards, Trustee Award 2023.

David has been a dedicated and passionate Trustee of the Massey Shaw Education Trust Charity since 1983. During his time with us, he has made a significant contribution to the charity’s work, helping us to raise funds and support our beneficiaries.

David is a passionate advocate for heritage education and has played a key role in developing our heritage education programme. He is also a dedicated volunteer who gives up his time freely to help us with a variety of tasks, from fundraising, event planning and is a member of the Board of Directors.

We are incredibly grateful for David’s hard work and dedication and are very proud that he has been nominated for this prestigious award. Congratulations to all of the other trustees and nominees across the awards for their commitment to their respective organisations.

The London Heritage Volunteer Awards are a celebration of the incredible work that volunteers do to preserve and promote London’s heritage. The Trustee Award is awarded to a volunteer who has made a significant contribution to the governance of a heritage organisation.
